Refundpolicy

At Olive Hotel, we aim to provide our guests with the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Cancellation Made 7 Days Before Arrival:

    • Full refund of the reservation amount, minus a processing fee of 5%.
  2. Cancellation Made 3-6 Days Before Arrival:

    • 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  3. Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Arrival:

    • No refund will be issued.
  4. Early Departure:

    • No refund will be provided for unused nights if the guest departs before the reserved checkout date.
  5. No-Show Policy:

    • If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the entire booking amount will be forfeited as a no-show fee.
  6. Special Cases (e.g., Natural Disasters):

    • In rare cases of unavoidable natural events affecting travel, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
